Celebrating Tamil language and heritage in Connecticut

Tamil Center of Stamford, Inc. (TCSI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cultural organization based in Stamford, Connecticut. Our story began in 2014 with the founding of our Arumbu Tamil School, and TCSI was incorporated as a nonprofit in 2018. Today we bring together a growing community of Tamil families across Fairfield County — to celebrate our shared language, arts, and heritage, and to share that heritage with our neighbors.

In 2024, our community marked 10 years since Arumbu first opened its doors — a decade of language classes, cultural celebrations, and growing together.
